Guests can expect a tranquil environment to retire to at the end of the day as the building is surrounded by a garden and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The property comprises a living room with sofa, 2 antique armchairs coffee table and a 26 inch TV with satellite TV free to air channels, including CNN and all the Greek channels which regularly broadcast films in English.
There is a dining room table and a variety of lighting including a dimmer lamp, spot lights and a standing lamp. There are wooden floors and air fans for the summer. The dining room opens onto a tiled patio with flowers and plants and furnished with a dining table and chairs. The TV is on a stand with wheels and can be turned around to watch from the balcony area. Balcony also has a tap and hose pipe and an electrical socket.
Kitchen
Fully-equipped with oven, refrigerator, a kitchen table with 2 chairs and all the necessary cooking utensils as well as cutlery and kitchen ware. There is a small balcony outside the kitchen for storage.
Bedroom
Air-conditioned, with a La-z-boy double bed which can be adjusted in 3 different ways and provides 3 massage programmes. Dressing table with chest of drawers, mirror, small TV, fitted cupboards and a large bedroom balcony with a table and 2 chairs and facilities for drying clothes. The balcony is a cool place to sit in the evenings and enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden below.
Bathroom
Wash basin, bath and shower with shower curtain, washing machine, bidet and laundry basket and cupboards with 2 large mirrors. The floor is tiled and there is hot water all day long.
The flat is 62 Sq metres and 10 sq metres of balcony. There are 2 telephones, one of which is cordless and internet access is dial up. There are free complimentary local calls and a local pay as you go Greek sim card will also be provided by the owner for the duration of the stay. The flat is located on the second floor of a four-storey building with lift access and has central heating. It is ideal for singles or couples and also has wheelchair access.
